Another great day on the pass!!!

My buddy "Keyrock" took this shot.
It was a great weekend to be in the Colorado Rockies. Mother Nature smiled on her children as we enjoyed the spoils of living in Colorado. The air was clean and crisp, with highs at a mild 30 degrees. Although last Sunday was not an epic powder day on the mountain, in fact the snow was kind of packed powder, the weather was perfect, at least at A-Basin.
Keyrock skied Loveland pass. Hitchhiking to the top after each run. A common practice for the powder hounds looking for those deep, backcountry shoots. He noted gusty conditions and wind blow crust at the summit, but also (in the same breath) waist deep softness at the tree line.
